Branches Operations Manager

Branches Operations Manager is the main point of contact for MyQ branch GMs globally and he/she reports to CSO. He/she leads and coaches GMs to fulfil regional/global sales targets and ensures their activities are in line with business strategy. Branches Operations Manager bridges communication between HQ and branches and supports projects on regional and global level.

Responsibilities

Branches operations (70 %)

  • Running of weekly sales reviews with branch GMs
  • Providing and summarizing the weekly reports of our branches
  • Controlling the status of current projects
  • Monitoring pipeline and business activities
  • Communicating issues and branch requests across the MyQ HQ departments
  • Attending business meetings with international partners
  • Preparing reports for monthly and quarterly sales review, attending monthly and quarterly sales review
  • Communication of new guidelines, regulations and decisions from the HQ towards branches
  • Controlling the quality of records in CRM
  • Help with planning and co-ordination of internal events

Other business activities

  • Business co-ordination of regional/global projects (10 %)
  • Reporting and consultation with CSO (7 %)
  • Help with preparation of documents for important business meetings (5 %)
  • Participation on planning of company-wide business strategy (5 %)
  • Communication with legal department, preparation and adjustment of business contracts (3 %)

Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree and relevant sales experience with technology/SW (minimum 3 years)
  • Experience managing and leading diverse (virtual) sales teams, sensitive to cultural differences
  • Great verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced written and spoken English
  • Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
  • Available for regular travel 50% of the time
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM experience (Salesforce) is a plus
  • Confident, assertive self-starter who is extremely organized and goal driven
  • Capable of working with minimal supervision
