The role of the Customer Support Specialist is to provide exceptional mainly remote-based but also on-site support for MyQ software to existing customers in USA and Latin America, in both English and Spanish language. The successful candidate will join our US team based in Bradenton, Florida. The opening is suitable for candidates from Sarasota, Tampa and Miami areas.
