The role of the Customer Support Specialist is to provide exceptional mainly remote-based but also on-site support for MyQ software to existing customers in USA and Latin America, in both English and Spanish language. The successful candidate will join our US team based in Bradenton, Florida. The opening is suitable for candidates from Sarasota, Tampa and Miami areas. We also welcome applications from any other part of the US if relocation is an option for you.


We seek a new professional member of our US team who will provide consultation and support for enterprise projects to our customers through America region, especially related to these topics:

  • Server and Network infrastructure
  • IT Resources and its utilization
  • Failover methods, virtualization, clustering, system backup
  • Integration of 3rd party SW


  • Professional experience in IT administration
  • Technical Education, University or High School degree preferable or proven long-term experience in above mentioned areas
  • General knowledge of IT and network infrastructure
  • Advanced administration of MS Windows servers
  • Knowledge of virtualization SW
  • Knowledge of SQL and database concepts
  • Fluent communication in English and Spanish language
  • Previous experience with managing printers, print servers and printing solution is a big advantage
  • Flexibility to travel
