Pre-sales Analyst

Our Pre-sales team plays an important role in connecting the customer services (technical) and sales (business) worlds of MyQ printing solution. We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Pre-sales Analyst with strong analytical skills who will support our Pre-sales Consultants in their daily activities, helping them achieve the best quality of technical documentation, presentation, pre-sales support and trainings.

Responsibilities

Technical documentation and market analysis:

Analysis of the competition
Market analysis
Management of the testing environment
Preparation of presentation

Pre-sales support:

Technical support for internal sales and marketing teams
Product demonstration (Installation and presentation for potential partners)

Training (optional):

Internal training of sales (on request)
Initial training for new employees
Suggesting new options and approaches for training
Reporting of found issues in the documentation

Self-study:

Analysis of the new MyQ features
Keeping your knowledge base up to date

Qualifications

Analytical thinking
Fluent English (spoken and written)
University or High School degree (ideally technical education)
Experience in IT administration and management
Experience with printing and printing solutions is a great advantage
Basic knowledge of networking and virtualization
