Subreg domain provider's lapse in services has been resolved with no data loss or damage.

We would like to apologize for any complications you may have incurred as a result of a failure of third party services over the course of 14th and 15th September 2020. Our third-party DNS provider has been the target of a hacker attack in the last days and as a result, some web domain services were temporarily unavailable.
We are pleased to inform you that at the time of posting this message (16th September 2020, 11:00 AM CET), all services have been restored and are active again.
For the sake of completeness, we state that all of your data that are involved in MyQ processes are and have been protected and were not endangered in any way by this temporary outage. It was only a failure of domain accessibility.
