As a Senior JavaEE & Android Developer, you will design, implement, and maintain applications for our embedded terminal for printers.
MyQ Embedded Terminal is a personalized and easy to use touchscreen access point for everyone who needs to use the printer in a minute.
You will be an important part of the development team, whose goal is to make MyQ run on a majority of multifunction device manufacturers.
The Terminals development team is about 6 developers, 2 testers, and 1 product owner.
Check the demo and go through the same interface as can be found on a real printer.
We’re looking for:
- Senior JavaEE & Android Developers with experience in writing stable, testable code they can be proud of
- Analytical skills and expertise in code architecture
- Self-motivated and organized developers
- Delivering tasks on time and according to specifications
- Willingness to learn and teach us what we don’t know
This is what you need to be well-versed in:
- JavaEE
- Spring
- Networking and network protocols: REST, Web Sockets, TCP, UPD
- If your special skills include multithreading and security, it will be a big plus
- Network communications
- Android
Nice to know as a plus:
- Client server architecture
- Proficiency with GitLab and JIRA
- Confluence
- TeamCity
