& Pre-Sales Consultant
(Europe – REMOTE)

Our Pre-Sales team plays an important role bridging the customer services (technical) and sales (business) worlds of MyQ printing solution. The software that connects hundreds of devices with thousands of users using anything from mobile phones to server applications. We are currently looking for an experienced professional with industry expertise and a solid IT background who will help us achieve the best quality of product presentations and training, e-learning videos, pre-sales support and technical documentation.

MyQ HQ is seated in Prague, Czech Republic. However, our branches are located in Austria, Germany, France, the UK, UAE, Russia, and the USA. The successful candidate for this position may be based anywhere within Europe as we offer remote cooperation on consultancy agreement or employment contract (in case of a country with our branch office).

We are a stable company that maintains growth even in the turbulent times that began in 2020!

What would your job be like?

• MyQ Product training (business partners and internal) - F2F, online, webinars, e-learning content - mostly videos, evaluation of product knowledge level
• Product / Technical support for the Sales team
• MyQ Product demonstration - installation and presentation for potential partners
• Checking the tender documentation, design of the best solution to fit the requirements of the customer, installation and management of POCs

Skills we need from you:

• Presentation skills and hands-on experience conducting technical trainings either F2F or online, internal or external
• Experience with printing solution SW
• Experience with e-learning content preparation
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Experience in IT administration and management, knowledge of networking and virtualization (basic architecture, communication protocols)

And this will make things easier:

• Basic PHP 
• Another European language
