How we work

What is your Job Description
- Designing and managing of all online lead and user onboarding process
- Actively seek opportunities to improve the lead generation process on our website, including landing pages and social media
- Set-up and continuously improve lead and user onboarding process of our mobile apps
- Suggest how to improve UI and lead path on websites and works with digital agency on website changes
- Cooperation with digital agencies on online campaigns
- Daily monitoring of online traffic and heatmaps etc. and reporting it
- Cooperating on overall digital marketing improvements ideas and concepts
- Lively collaboration on a daily basis with marketing team and time to time with sales team
What we expect from you
- Expertise in online marketing and lead generation in particular
- Great knowledge of latest online marketing trends and tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Semrush etc.
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn Pardot & Salesforce
- Systematic thinking and the ability to test and measure
- The ability to work both independently and with a team – MyQ's team is international and has multicultural aspects
- The ability to learn and react to new trends and promptly try out new ideas
- Willingness to learn new things
- Good communication skills, English needed
- Similar previous work experience you can show us
