How we work

We don't work from 9 to 5 and among other things, we offers 100% paid unlimited time off and are open to flexible working from home or from anywhere in the world when you feel like working from the beach. What is your Job Description

  • Cooperate with CMO and CEO on general marketing strategies to develop the reputation of MyQ as well as MyQ X and MyQ Roger products.
  • Coordinate marketing and sales dep. activities in cooperation with CMO
  • Fulfill set strategy and plan as well as oversee marketing team and supervise the performance of tasks
  • Oversee marketing campaigns & budget
  • Manage daily agenda of marketing team and assign tasks to its members (content, graphics, events etc.), monitor results and performance, motivate the team
  • Guide individual team members toward an entrepreneurial, self-starting 'leader' mindset
  • Enable an environment of professional trust within the team
  • Actively seek opportunities to increase MyQ brand awareness
  • Manage the overall marketing content and coordinating its presentation

  • Expertise in marketing & communication
  • A self-driven creative personality who likes to set high goals for themselves and is motivated to meet them
  • The ability to work both independently and with a team – MyQ's team is international and has multicultural aspects
  • The ability to think in a broader context and be able to prioritize
  • Systematic thinking and the ability to listen to the needs of team members as well as sales colleagues
  • Strong communication skills, English level min. B2, Czech is welcome
  • General knowledge of latest marketing trends and tools
  • Similar previous work experience you can show us
