We deliver intelligent document workflows, optimized printing and scanning, and give businesses complete control over their printer fleets.  MyQ is seated in Prague, right next to the Harfa shopping centre at the yellow metro stop Českomoravská, in a modern high-rise office with a great view and available parking.

Now we seek a new professional to our 6 members team, who will provide consultation and support for enterprise projects. The role of the Support Specialist is to deliver exceptional support of MyQ software to our existing partners. 

 

What will be your daily activities?

  • Incidents resolution and prevention of recurrence
  • Daily communication with customers (phone, email, helpdesk system)
  • Preparation of technical material for Development Team according to customer’s needs
  • Product implementation on customer’s side in coordination with partner and Sales Team
  • Documenting – managing knowledge base and other support documents

Skills we need from you:

  • Professional experience in IT administration and management from a similar position (IT support specialist..)
  • Advanced knowledge of IT and network infrastructure and security
  • Advanced administration of MS Windows servers, workstation OS (both MS and Apple)
  • Advanced knowledge of virtualization SW
  • Knowledge of SQL and database concepts
  • Basic PHP scripting
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Technical education, university or high school degree
  • Fluent communication in English   
  • Previous experience with managed print solutions, print servers, and printers is a bonus
