The role of the Technical Consultant is to provide exceptional support of MyQ software to the MyQ partners.
The ideal candidate for this position has experience with printing solution software installation/support and a mix of excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Online and face-to-face training for MyQ Partners
- Technical support for MyQ Partners
What do we need from you?
- C1/C2 English and other european language on communicative level
- Good presentation skills, patience and ability to explain things
- Basic knowledge of IT and network infrastructure
- Basic administration of MS Windows servers
- Basic knowledge of virtualization SW
- Option to travel time to time abroad
- Experience in a similar position is an advantage
- Previous experience with managed print solutions, print servers, and printers is an advantage
