The administrator processes the personal data provided by you primarily to implement the measures taken prior to the conclusion of an employment or other similar contract with you. The applicant´s data required for the recruitment process: name, surname, contact details, work history and details, experience and skills. Other information provided by the applicant is voluntary.

Some of the identification and contact details are also processed by the administrator based on their legitimate interests. The processing of identification and contact data as well as information about the recruitment process, to increase the efficiency of the process, to carry out analytical and statistical activities, to maintain data integrity and to eliminate any duplication are considered a legitimate interest. This type of date will be depersonalized (pseudonymized), encrypted and secured to protect the rights and freedoms of data subjects as far as possible. Such processing will have no consequences for data subjects and will not interfere with their privacy.

If you decide to withdraw from the recruitment process before the termination by the administrator, you can do so at any time by sending an email to [email protected]. Deleting your personal data will permanently delete all information you sent, including any additional personal details added by the administrator, except for notes which are the output and record of the recruitment process and do not contain any personal data.

The company uses third-party software tools for the purposes of data processing. The third-party respects the applicable legislation regarding the processing of personal data. By processing your personal data, you have the right: (i) to access your personal data, (ii) to correct or complete inaccurate or false personal data, (iii) to delete personal data if they are no longer needed for the purposes, they were collected or processed for, or if you find out they were processed illegally, (iv) to restrict the processing of personal data in special cases, (v) to data transfer, (vi) to object, then the processing of your personal data will be terminated unless there are serious legitimate reasons for the processing which prevail over your interests or rights and freedoms, especially if there is a reason for the eventual enforcement of legal claims and (vii) to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection.
