    MyQ X keeps your data safe from the moment you click Print until you collect the printouts. Our print solution encrypts the entire user-server-printer communication as well as the system database. With Pull Print, you collect your documents only after authentication with an MFA combination of an ID card, PIN code, or username and password. You can also set up a touchless QR login method and scan it with the MyQ X Mobile Client mobile app. You also have many options to protect your scans with watermarks or time stamps as well.

    Stop manual processing of paper documents such as invoices, orders, or production lists, and their entry into your internal systems. MyQ X can do all this for you with its advanced Character Recognition and Smart Workflows. You only scan the given document. Once it is captured, the system extracts specific information – including checkboxes, bar codes, or stamps. Based on this data, MyQ X identifies the document type and saves it to a predefined destination such as an accounting ECM system. This automation takes away any need for manual retyping.

    Easy Scan & Easy Copy

    Make the printer panel reflect your true document needs. Your admin can predefine a set of specific copy/fax/scan actions that appear on MyQ X's Embedded Terminal after logging into the Kyocera multifunction printer. For example, if you often scan to a specific (cloud) folder, you will have this option on the panel, press only one button, and save time you would otherwise spend at the printer setting everything anew every time you want to scan.

    Quick installation   

    The installation of MyQ X on your Kyocera printers will only take minutes. The print solution automatically finds the device connected to your network, activates and configures it, and installs the MyQ X Embedded Terminal all on its own. You will not have to install any Kyocera printer drivers manually. Plus, you can control the entire installation process from one central location in the admin dashboard.

    Get a unique failover option that allows users to print even if the server is down. If you have MyQ X’s Device Spooling enabled, print jobs sent to a print queue during the outage stay stored (encrypted) in the memory of the MFP. There, they are ready to be printed after authentication. When used together with the Offline login feature, the Kyocera print device automatically caches user credentials to be able to log in. Full statistics remain stored on the device’s HDD/SSD and replicated to the server when it comes back online.

To reduce paper waste, set up mandatory two-sided printing and pull print for users to stop leaving prints in the paper tray. You can also save toner if you turn on default black and white printing (you can make an exception, e.g. for the management) or the Toner saving mode.

Every time users print, they can select a specific cost center (e.g. a department) where the print job will be accounted for. Then, after a set period, you can generate a print report with a detailed overview of your print spending. Our print management solution is highly compatible with various BI tools, so you can adjust the reports to your concrete needs.
