Your role:
As a Mobile Support & Customer Care Manager, you are the first point of contact for our partners and customers. You enjoy the freedom to work from anywhere, although external appointments are rare.
Your main tasks:
- Ensuring the satisfaction of our partners and customers.
- Processing support tickets.
- Support and troubleshooting.
- Ensuring communication with partners/customers and documentation in the ticket system.
Depending on inclination and requirements, other tasks may also be added:
- Carrying out product training.
- Processing offers.
What we expect from you:
- Good basic IT infrastructure knowledge.
- Experience with products from the MPS environment, such as MyQ, is a plus.
- Flexibility, personal responsibility, respect, and commitment.
- Car driver's license.
- very good knowledge of German is required, English is welcome
