產品與支援壽命結束政策
MyQ 可能在現在或將來停止針對某產品、模組、功能或 API 的維護、支援或銷售。合作伙伴與客戶將在此頁面瞭解MyQ針對此類情況的通知流程。
產品壽命結束政策
以下為可能導致停止開發並最終停止提供支援的因素：
- 計算、網路和安全方面的進步使維護舊應用程式變得不切實際且不經濟。
- 將開發資源分配給新專案而不是僅有少數客戶使用的舊產品。
- 內部程式碼的更改可能需要新版本的模組和公共 API。
所有產品壽命結束 (EOL) 公告都將至少提前 90 天在此處釋出。
產品壽命結束過程
“產品壽命結束”不代表產品將停止工作，使用者依然可以繼續使用。一旦產品的壽命結束，MyQ 就有可能不再提供產品支援，而是建議客戶進行產品升級。
現有軟體享有：
- 最短6個月的維護，LTS（長期支援）版本享有最短24個月的維護。
- 在使用者購買的軟體保障有效期內提供支援。
- 在宣佈軟體維護結束時提供升級途徑。
*LTS（長期支援）版本的維護時間比標準版更長，保證所有功能和元件的可用性，建議用於非預期或無法升級的專案。
產品壽命結束期間的軟體支援
MyQ 透過 MyQ 認證合作伙伴為 MyQ 客戶提供支援。
對最新版本的支援包括：
操作支援 ——幫助解答有關執行 MyQ 產品和執行所需操作的問題。
故障排除——有關如何解決 MyQ 產品問題的提示。
軟體維護——釋出當前軟體版本的錯誤修復、修補程式和補丁*。
當產品的軟體維護結束 （End of Software Maintenance）時，MyQ 只能對該產品或軟體版本提供有限的支援。 客戶遇到問題時，必須將產品升級到最新版本。
對舊版本的支援包括（客戶需擁有有效的軟體保證）：
- 操作支援 ——幫助客戶升級到最新支援版本。
- 故障排除——有關如何解決 MyQ 產品問題的提示。
*我們強烈建議客戶將他們的 MyQ 軟體更新到最新的可用補丁。
