A hybrid workplace, or hybrid office, is a flexible workplace model that is designed to support teams working both in-office and from remote locations (home office, business trips, work hubs, trains, coffee shops...). It is closely connected to making business apps available in the cloud, where the only thing needed for access and collaboration is an internet connection.

Various limits can be set in the MyQ Admin interface to control printing costs, e.g. by restricting the number of printable pages per day / week / month or allowing only monochrome printing for certain (groups of) users.
MyQ suports credit systems where users pay for individual tasks. The IT admin can set different prices for various printing or scanning tasks, such as black-and-white (B&W, monochrome) or color printing.
