A new era of intelligent, always-available Partner support is arriving with the launch of the MyQ Support AI Agent: 24/7 partner support, anywhere, anytime.

At MyQ, we’ve always believed that strong partnerships are built on trust, responsiveness, and innovation. That’s why we are proud to introduce the MyQ Support AI Agent, that will be soon available to all Partners in the Partner Portal. 

Powered by Salesforce Agentforce technology, this intelligent assistant represents the next step in our commitment to providing seamless, proactive support.

What the AI Agent delivers 

The MyQ Support AI Agent is designed to make daily operations smoother for our partners by offering:

Real scenarios in action  

There are some specific situations when dealing with support that can be quite frustrating and time-consuming but cannot be avoided. For example, imaging those 3 scenarios when you need to:    

  1. Quickly find specific product information in the documentation.
  2. Identify which projects have expired software assurance. 
  3. Create a ticket on behalf of a client. 

To get through them you need sometimes to run searches across different systems or wait for business hours to contact someone to help you pass through a step. It’s just not effective. However, the AI Agent provides answers and guides you through the process in real time, any time of the day. Making support not just faster, but smarter.

The Partner quickly identified projects with expiring software assurance and accessed all project details within seconds.

In a hurry to create a ticket? The AI Agent does it for you in seconds; simply provide the basics, and it’ll handle the rest.

What’s next  

MyQ Support AI Agent is backed up by SalesForce and, therefore, the roll out will be gradual to ensure a smooth integration with Partners workflows.

 However, we are happy to inform that the first phase of tests is over, and the tool is ready to be used. In fact, it’s already active for selected Partners in the Czech Republic, and the goal is to have the AI Agent available for all Partners worldwide by December 2025.
