MyQ joins HP TechU in the United States

Members of the MyQ team recently travelled to the United States to take part in HP TechU, a global event bringing together HP professional services teams, consultants, partners, and technology specialists for a week of technical training, collaboration, and hands-on learning.

Hands-on training with MyQ X

As part of the event, MyQ delivered a dedicated technical training course focused on MyQ X, giving attendees a practical look at how the solution is installed, configured, and used with HP devices.

The session covered the foundation of MyQ X, from setting up the MyQ server to building and configuring a working environment. With preconfigured environments prepared for the course, attendees could move beyond theory and work directly with the solution.

From setup to real use cases 

The training also explored newer areas of the MyQ portfolio, including the mobile payment process with Stripe and 3P, MyQ’s Printer Provisioning Profiles feature.

Participants had the chance to build, configure, test, and ask questions in real time. MyQ experts were present around the room to support attendees, explain specific functions, and share the practical reasoning behind the setup.

Why print management belongs at TechU

That practical exchange is what makes events like HP TechU valuable. Print management is not only about software features. It is about understanding why those features matter in the environments where HP devices are deployed, managed, and supported.

From secure access and mobile payments to automated print queue deployment, the conversations at TechU showed how print management continues to play an important role in broader workplace technology. Training, product demos, and partner conversations

Beyond the training course, MyQ also had the opportunity to present its training offering to the wider HP community and continue conversations with partners, consultants, and technical specialists.

The product fair created another space to demonstrate the MyQ portfolio, meet attendees, and discuss how MyQ supports HP print environments in a more open, social setting.
