MyQ X 10.2 now available on Toshiba devices

MyQ X 10.2 is now available on Toshiba multifunction devices. The release brings a redesigned user interface and several new features to Toshiba fleets.

Toshiba's range covers color and black-and-white devices in both A3 and A4 formats. MyQ X 10.2 builds on MyQ's existing support for Toshiba and gives these devices the latest MyQ experience.

A redesigned experience at the device

MyQ X 10.2 introduces a new user interface on Toshiba devices. It is clearer, faster to navigate, and consistent with the MyQ experience on other brands.

The Toshiba terminal is web-based. No applications run on the device itself, which keeps deployment light and maintenance simple.

New features for Toshiba users

The MyQ X 10.2 release adds capabilities that save time on everyday tasks:

  • Favourite Actions: users save their most frequent print and scan tasks with preset settings and reach them in one tap.
  • Easy Print: users print files directly from cloud storage, network drives, or their home folder, without sending them to MyQ first.
  • Job Preview: users check a document on the device screen before printing it.
  • Folder browsing: users browse folders when scanning with Easy Scan and when printing.
  • Unknown Card Registration: users link a new ID card to their account the first time they present it, with no help desk ticket.

Connected document workflows

MyQ X 10.2 on Toshiba works with MyQ Document Processor and Scan Review. Documents scanned at the device can move straight into automated processing.

For regulated environments, Scan Review adds a controlled process for reviewing, approving, signing, and auditing scanned documents before they become final for archiving.

Simpler administration

Administrators install the terminal remotely through Printer Discovery, on one device or many in a single batch. Support for running multiple terminal package versions side by side will follow in an upcoming release, making staged upgrades across large fleets easier to plan.

Broad device coverage

MyQ X 10.2 supports a wide range of current Toshiba models, from compact A4 devices to high-volume A3 systems. The full list of supported and certified models is available in the MyQ documentation and on the MyQ Community portal.

Value for partners and customers

For existing Toshiba customers, MyQ X 10.2 is a clear upgrade path to the latest features. For partners, it means one consistent MyQ experience across mixed fleets, whether customers run Toshiba alone or alongside other brands.
