Role Description
- This is a full-time field-based role for a Solution Specialist - Nordic Region at MyQ.
- The Solution Specialist will be based in one of the Nordic Countries responsible for providing consulting services, customer support, training and Partner development across the Region.
- Daily tasks will include analyzing client and customer needs, communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and delivering top-notch support, training & service.

- Technical support for MyQ Partners
- Account relationship building & management
What do we need from you?
- C1 or advanced English as well as fluency in a local language
- Good presentation skills, patience and ability to explain things
- A self-driven and independent professional with a desire for continuous self-improvement
- Motivation to actively contribute to the growth of our business and strengthen our presence in the Nordic region
- Experience with MPS (Managed Print Services) and DMS (Document Management Systems) is highly valued
- Previous collaboration with major technology vendors is considered a strong advantage
- Knowledge of IT and network infrastructure
- Administration of MS Windows servers
- Knowledge of virtualization SW is an advantage, not must have
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the Nordic region
- Experience in a similar position is an advantage
