The role of Pre-sales/Customer Support Consultant is to provide exceptional support of MyQ software to our existing partners in Italy.
The ideal candidate for this position has experience with copier/printer devices, including experience with printing solution software installation/support and a mix of excellent communication and presentation skills. Pre-sales/Customer Support Consultant will be well positioned to become a trusted advisor capable of building solid, long-term relationships with customers across Italy.
Our team is located in Prague, Czechia. The successful candidate for this position will be based in Italy to support our partners locally and will team up with our Prague-based Regional Account Manager.
