We’ve visually simplified the approach, allowing you to start most processes with a single click, and made the tiles big, colorful, and easy to read. Plus, the Terminal can be easily customized with icons and colors that best fit your corporate needs and identity.

    Secure Printing

    With MyQ X, your data is safe from when you click Print to when you collect printouts – and even afterward. Our print solution encrypts the entire user–server–printer communication as well as the system database. With secure Pull print, you can collect your documents only after MFA authentication with an ID card, PIN code, or username and password combination. You can also set up a touchless QR login method and scan it with the MyQ X Mobile Client mobile app. By adding watermarks or time stamps to printed or scanned documents, your documents can be protected far away from the MFP.

    The MyQ X Embedded Terminal for Canon MFPs lets the printer panel reflect your own personal document needs. Your admin can predefine a set of specific copy/scan actions which will appear on MyQ X's Embedded Terminal after logging into the MFP. For example, if you often scan to a specific cloud folder, you can have this built into the panel, and then only need to press one button each time you scan. This saves you from needlessly setting all the conditions for each scan.

These print job attributes are then seamlessly transmitted to the MyQ X server using the CPCA printer language. The MyQ X print server parses the print job and analyzes the information, including detailed accounting information, such as quota and credit allocation. An added benefit of the enhanced CPCA support is that it also allows users to manage their print job settings directly at the MyQ X embedded Canon MFP, streamlining the printing workflow and boosting overall efficiency.
