The role of the Customer Support Engineer is to provide exceptional mainly remote-based but also on-site support for MyQ software to existing customers in USA and Latin America, in both English and Spanish languages. The successful candidate will join our USA team based in Bradenton, Florida. The opening is suitable for candidates from Sarasota, Tampa and Miami areas.

The ideal candidate for this position is a creative problem solver, with excellent knowledge of Spanish, and is willing to learn and master new software. With a mix of excellent communication skills, networking and MS OS knowledge, he/she will be well positioned to become a trusted advisor capable of building solid, long-term relationships with customers across the North and Latin American regions.

The Customer Support Engineer will handle primary level 1 Help Desk services to MyQ Partners (typically MFP dealers – distributors of MyQ printing solution). Support includes daily communication with the dealers, creation of specifications, technical presentations, and installation and testing of MyQ printing solution within established standards and guidelines.


  • Help-desk for existing partner network - troubleshooting and communication in real-time over the phone, email and through remote desktop tools
  • Installation of MyQ software (demo) at business partners and key customers (Spanish)
  • Presentation of technical solution and its benefits for potential partners and new customers in cooperation with the Account Manager
  • Technical trainings for partners to ensure that customer representatives are effectively trained in all phases of product installation, maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Design and revision of documentation, training materials and manuals, corrections of translations
  • Pre-sales consulting - technical solution for new business opportunities
  • Interface with all internal departments (not only USA team but also HQ Development and Quality Assurance team in Europe) with goal to satisfy customer needs and deliver a consistently high quality customer experience
  • To perform other related duties as assigned or requested



  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish
  • Ability to install and configure MS OS and networks
  • Networking and infrastructure knowledge (MS server OS, Active Directory, Virtual systems)
  • Ability to multi-task with solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management skills and commitment to follow through trouble issues to completion
  • Self-starter with the ability to take initiative, reliability, flexibility
  • Willingness to continue learning and improve processes

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum Field of Expertise: Information technology
  • Preferred Experience: 2 years of experience with administration of MS OS and ability to install and configure networks
  • Flexibility to travel as required
  • Previous experience with remote-customer support strong advantage
  • Excellent Spanish
