The role of the Customer Support Engineer is to provide exceptional mainly remote-based but also on-site support for MyQ software to existing customers in USA and Latin America, in both English and Spanish languages. The successful candidate will join our USA team based in Bradenton, Florida. The opening is suitable for candidates from Sarasota, Tampa and Miami areas.
The ideal candidate for this position is a creative problem solver, with excellent knowledge of Spanish, and is willing to learn and master new software. With a mix of excellent communication skills, networking and MS OS knowledge, he/she will be well positioned to become a trusted advisor capable of building solid, long-term relationships with customers across the North and Latin American regions.
The Customer Support Engineer will handle primary level 1 Help Desk services to MyQ Partners (typically MFP dealers – distributors of MyQ printing solution). Support includes daily communication with the dealers, creation of specifications, technical presentations, and installation and testing of MyQ printing solution within established standards and guidelines.
