Business Development Manager

MyQ is a leader in developing print management solutions that help companies worldwide manage their printing infrastructure more efficiently, securely, and cost-effectively. To strengthen and further develop our presence in the DACH region, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Business Development Manager. The position can be based flexibly in one of the countries within the region or at our headquarters in Prague. This role will maximize market potential and increase revenues in the German, Austrian, and Swiss markets.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our business development efforts in the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region within the print management industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, channel development, and strategic partnerships, with a focus on driving revenue growth through effective relationship management and market expansion.


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the DACH region, aligned with company objectives and market trends in the print management industry.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets and maximize partner performance.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and integrators, to expand market reach and enhance product distribution.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, fostering collaboration and ensuring high levels of partner satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and market expansion.
  • Develop and deliver regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to executive leadership, outlining key performance metrics and growth opportunities in the DACH region.


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, partner/channel development, or business development within the print management / document solutions management industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, particularly through channel partnerships and distribution networks.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and a keen understanding of market dynamics.
  • Understanding of support and pre-sales processes with the ability to optimize these areas.
  • Proven success in leading branches or subsidiaries, preferably in the IT or print management sector
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales management tools.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the DACH region.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing sales team is a plus.
  • Fluency in German and English; French/Italian is a plus
